What it is about
We believe that successful businesses are not built solely on great products or services, but on strong and sustainable business models.
Our objective is to connect entrepreneurs with knowledge, opportunities and networks through a platform that brings together inspiring content, coaching and strategic collaborations.
The format
Every episode of Business Model TV follows four fixed segments, in this order. Viewers, participants and partners know exactly what to expect.
A business model is taken apart: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and growth potential, aimed at better performance, innovation and long-term sustainability.
A conversation with an entrepreneur, director, innovator or community leader about experience, lessons, challenges and strategy.
Working with the Business Model Canvas: creating value, defining customers, generating revenue, and testing and improving the model.
Knowledge, tools and best practices on leadership, organisational development, team performance, decision-making and effective management.
These four segments are the programme structure. What the platform does beyond the broadcast is set out below.
Thematic framework
The content of Business Model TV is built around three thematic pillars. Every episode sits within one or more of them.
Pillar 01
Pillar 02
Pillar 03
