The strategic holding of the group, based in the Netherlands. It holds the participations and connects companies, investments, consultancy and international initiatives.
Afu-Mena NV
Suriname
The Surinamese operating company that grew out of the founding in March 2010. It carries the business units Consultancy (since June 2010), Superfoods (since October 2015) and International (since July 2022).

Holds the group's gold activities since July 2022: purchase from local miners, purification and processing for the local market and export, with mercury-free mining as the starting point.

Import and distribution in French Guiana generate revenue and cash flow, allowing the group to invest in the other branches.
