This set brings the three essential oils of Maroon cooking into your kitchen, all handmade in the interior of Suriname. Maipa Sii Fatu (300 ml) comes from the kernel of maripa nuts and gives fish and meat a full, distinctive flavour. Amana Fatu (125 ml) is made from the pulp of the amana fruit, stays liquid and is great for frying. Kokonto Fatu (300 ml) is coconut oil prepared the Maroon way. A lovely set to use yourself or to give to someone who misses the taste of home.
