The Wakibasu Special is a generous package with the familiar flavours of Maroon cooking, plenty for a large family or to share. The package contains 3 small packs of podosiri pulp, 2 packs of Pamaka kwaka, 2 jars of Fon Fon Pepre and 2 sweet cassava breads. Podosiri and kwaka together make a hearty breakfast or dessert. Fon Fon Pepre, freshly pounded dried Madame Jeanette pepper, adds heat to hot and cold dishes. And the hard, grainy sweet cassava bread goes with every meal.
